Withdrawal and Exclusion Policy

Rules for withdrawal of Abstracts for Presentation and exclusion of a person from registering for any event/proceedings of the IAHCP

 

An individual will be excluded from participating in a conference or proceedings if:

  1. He/she has provided conflicting information about themselves in order to gain entrance to the event
  2. Incorrect amount of registration fee was gained and paid through the provision of false information
  3. Submitting fraudulent document(s) or abstract or paper to the conference in order to gain admission to the event.
  4. Using the name of the event/conference to obtain an admission into a country or event.
  5. Any other fraudulent or suspicious act

 

If anyone violates any of the items stated in points 1 to 5 above, or committed suspicious act is noticed, the matter will be referred to the Events Committee to investigate and inform the individual concerned and the conference/event team about their decision.

 

An individual may be given a refund of fees paid less any costs and administrative charges incurred in dealing with the individual and I processing entries.

 

We also reserve the right to refer an individual to the correct agencies and authorities depending on the nature of the issues involved.
